30-Day Return Policy (Leather, Faux Leather & Denim Jackets)

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your leather, faux leather, or denim jacket.

Eligibility requirements:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it – unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

How to start a return:

  • Email us at thebuyerinnusa@gmail.com with your order details.
  • If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to ship your package.

📦 Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items (Fur Jackets & Custom Orders)

Our fur jackets are made-to-order and individually crafted, making them final sale and non-returnable.

We also cannot accept returns on:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at thebuyerinnusa@gmail.com so we can make it right.


Exchanges

The quickest way to receive your preferred item is to return your eligible jacket (leather, faux leather, or denim). Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the replacement.


Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Banks or credit card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at thebuyerinnusa@gmail.com.


European Union Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the EU, you may cancel or return eligible jackets (leather, faux leather, or denim) within 14 days, for any reason.

⚠️ Fur jackets, custom orders, and final-sale items are excluded.
